摘要
设计了一种磁致伸缩式制动器,并通过有限元分析软件COMSOL对其进行建模与有限元分析,模拟其主要部件在工作状态下的真实物理状况,以验证该设计的可行性,为磁致伸缩式盘式制动器的可靠性提供理论支撑。结果表明,该设计在工况下的温度、应力、应变等物理量均满足了设计的要求。
In this paper,an existing magnetostrictable disk brake design model is analyzed by finite element analysis software COMSOL.It simulates the real physical condition of the main components in the working state to verify the feasibility of the design,and to provide theoretical support for the reliability of this magnetostrictive disc brake.The results show that the temperature,stress and strain of the design meet the requirements.
