摘要
在现场布氏硬度的压痕基础上,提出了基于数字图像方法识别布氏硬度的压痕直径。先通过无线蓝牙电子显微镜获取压痕图像,再利用图像模糊增强、灰度转换、二值化、闭运算、边缘提取及霍夫圆变换获取布氏压痕直径。结果表明,该方法相较于通过现场10倍、20倍读数显微镜读取压痕直径,具有客观性和更高准确性的优点。
Based on the indentation of Brinell hardness, a digital image method is proposed to identify the indentation diameter of Brinell hardness. Firstly, the indentation image was obtained by wireless Bluetooth electron microscope, and then the diameter of Brinell indentation was obtained by image fuzzy enhancement, gray conversion, binarization, closed operation, edge extraction and Hough circle transformation. The results show that this method has the advantages of objectivity and higher accuracy compared with reading the indentation diameter with 10 times and 20 times reading microscopes in the field.
