摘要
加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)能够改善手术结局、提升术后生活质量的作用已得到大众认可,并在外科多个领域产生了深入影响。ERAS在妇科恶性肿瘤上的应用在国内外已形成共识,但由于起步较晚,需要更多临床实践及研究进一步证实ERAS在妇科恶性肿瘤应用上的有效性并解决ERAS在应用中遇到的问题。ERAS在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗上的应用在不断更新的同时,也面临多种挑战和机遇。
The role of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in improving surgical outcomes and quality of life after surgery has been recognized by the public and has made a profound impact in many areas of surgery.The application of ERAS in gynecological tumors has reached a consensus in China and abroad.However,since it started late,more clinical practice and research are needed to further confirm the effectiveness of ERAS in gynecological tumors and solve the problems encountered in the application of ERAS.While the application of ERAS in gynecological tumor treatment is constantly updated,it has encountered various challenges and opportunities.
