摘要
基于2000~2020年湖北省时间序列数据,运用“自下而上”法测算了其旅游交通碳排放量,分析了动态变化特征及其与湖北省旅游经济增长的脱钩关系。结果发现:(1)湖北省旅游交通碳排放量有以下几点特征,旅游交通碳排放量整体上呈现先增长后下降再增长再下降的趋势,波动性较小,从2000年的0.9797Mt增长到2019年的3.0631Mt,再减少到2020的1.3690Mt;不同旅游交通方式的碳排放量存在差异,除水运占比较少,整体差异不大。在湖北省人均水平上,旅游交通碳排放量整体上呈下降趋势。(2)总体上,湖北省旅游经济增长呈绿色发展状态,旅游交通碳排放与旅游经济增长以弱脱钩关系为主。最后,提出了相关建议:在游客方面,尝试通过积极引导游客乘坐公共交通;在景区方面,积极开发体验型旅游产品,引导游客驻留并二次消费;在能源方面,优化能源结构,加大使用清洁能源的幅度。
Based on the time series data of Hubei Province from 2000 to 2020, the "bottom-up" method is used to measure the carbon emissions of its tourism transportation, analyze the dynamic change characteristics, and analyze its decoupling from the tourism economic growth of Hubei Province. The research found that(1) The carbon emissions of tourism transportation in Hubei Province have the following characteristics. As a whole, the carbon emissions of tourism transportation show a trend of first increasing, then decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing, and the fluctuation was small. It increased from 0.9797Mt in 2000 to 3.0631Mt in 2019, and then reduced to 1.3690Mt in 2020;there are differences in the carbon emissions of different tourism transportation modes, except for the small proportion of water transportation. The overall difference is not large. At the per capita level in Hubei Province, the overall carbon emissions of tourism transportation show a downward trend.(2) In general, the tourism economic growth in Hubei Province is in a green development state, and the carbon emissions from tourism transportation and tourism economic growth are mainly based on a weak decoupling relationship. Finally, relevant suggestions are put forward: in terms of tourists, tourists are actively guided to take public transportation;in terms of scenic spots, experiential tourism products are actively developed to guide tourists to stay and spend a second time;in terms of energy, the energy structure is optimized and the use of clean energy is increased.
