摘要
在福建省安溪丰田国有林场对福建柏种质资源库46个半同胞家系子代进行了苗期生长测定,结果表明:1年生福建柏容器苗的平均苗高、变异系数分别为15.60 m、25.92%,平均地径、变异系数分别为1.64 m、23.34%,家系间苗高和地径的差异均达到极显著水平。苗高、地径的家系遗传力分别为0.87和0.89,单株遗传力分别为0.51和0.58,表明其受到较强的遗传控制。通过综合评价,选出了8个优良家系,其平均苗、平均现实增益、平均遗传增益分别为18.36 m、17.67%、15.73%;其平均苗高、平均现实增益、平均遗传增益分别为1.79 m、9.22%、8.02%,可对入选的优良家系做进一步测定和评价。
The seedling growth of 46 half sib families in the germplasm resource bank of Fokienia hodginsii was measured in Toyota State-Owned Forest Farm in Anxi, Fujian Province. The results showed that the average seedling height and coefficient of variation of container seedlings of 1-year old Fokienia hodginsii were 15.60cm and 25.92%, respectively, and the average ground diameter and coefficient of variation were 1.64 cm and 23.34%, respectively. The differences of seedling height and ground diameter among families reached a very significant level. The heritability of the families of seedling height and ground diameter was 0.87 and 0.89 respectively, and the heritability of individual plant was 0.51 and 0.58 respectively, indicating that they were under strong genetic control. Through comprehensive evaluation, eight excellent families were selected. The average seedling, average real gain and average genetic gain were 18.36 cm, 17.67% and 15.73% respectively;The average seedling height, average real gain and average genetic gain were 1.79 cm, 9.22% and 8.02% respectively, which could be used for further measurement and evaluation of the selected excellent families.
