Mg-Gd-Zn系合金柱状晶竞争生长的数值分析

摘要 本文利用相场法模拟了镁合金枝晶的竞争生长过程,重点分析了不同偏转角、择优取向对双晶汇聚和发散生长的影响。结果表明,汇聚生长时,偏转角较小的枝晶,出现了反常淘汰现象,但反常淘汰会随偏转角增大而逐渐消失,这种淘汰现象与Walton和Chalmers提出的模型预测结果大致吻合;发散生长时,当偏转角较小,枝晶可以共存,随着枝晶偏转角的增大,非择优取向枝晶最终被淘汰。 In this paper, the competitive growth process of magnesium alloy dendrites is simulated by using the phasefield method, and the effects of different deflection angles and preferred orientation on the convergence and divergence of bicrystals are systematically analyzed. Results show that during convergent growth, the dendrites with small deflection angle appear abnormal elimination phenomenon, but with the increase of deflection angle, the abnormal elimination disappears.In divergent growth, dendrites can coexist when the deflection Angle is small. With the increase of the deflection Angle of dendrites, the non-preferred dendrites will be eliminated eventually.
