摘要
基于科研成果将传统有机化学基础实验项目“五乙酸葡萄糖酯的合成”拓展为“乙酰溴-α-D-葡萄糖的制备”综合实验,增加了酰卤醇解和卤代反应等化学反应原理应用、核磁共振图谱解析以及葡萄糖α/β端基构型判断等内容。实验包含有机合成、产品分离纯化和结构表征等多个操作单元,有利于培养学生的综合实践能力和创新意识。其中一锅合成法和分步法两种实验方案的设计,旨在培育学生的绿色化学理念。教学实践表明,该实验设计新颖,过程合理,能很好地衔接和支撑后续课程,并激发学生探索天然有机化合物的兴趣。
Based on the scientific research achievements, the traditional basic experimental project of organic chemistry “synthesis of glucose pentaacetate” was expanded into a comprehensive experiment of “synthesis of acetobromo-α-D-glucose”. The application of chemical reaction principles such as acyl halide alcoholysis and halogenation reaction, the analysis of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and the determination of α/β glucose anomers were added. The experiment involves several operating units such as organic synthesis, product separation and purification, and structural characterization, which is conducive to developing students’ comprehensive practical ability and innovation consciousness. Two experimental protocols, the one-pot synthesis method and the step-by-step method, are designed to cultivate students’ concept of green chemistry. Teaching practice shows that the experimental design is novel and the process is reasonable and consequently, this experiment bridges and supports the follow-up courses well, and stimulates students’ interest in exploring natural organic compounds.
