摘要
对棉织物进行阳离子改性,以增强氧化石墨烯(GO)对棉织物的吸附性能,将棉织物上的GO还原成还原氧化石墨烯(RGO),获得具有导电和电磁屏蔽性能的棉织物,并用拉曼光谱(Raman)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对整理棉织物进行表征。结果表明:棉织物的导电性和电磁波屏蔽效能随GO质量浓度和浸渍-还原GO次数的增加而增强;当GO质量浓度为2.5 g/L,浸渍-还原GO溶液5次时,棉织物的表面电阻值降低至1.14 kΩ/cm,电磁波屏蔽效能接近50%。
In order to obtain conductive and electromagnetic shielding cotton fabric,the adsorption properties of graphene oxide(GO)on cotton fabric are enhanced by cationic modification,and the GO on cotton fabric is reduced to reduced GO(RGO).The finished cotton fabric is characterized by Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding efficiency of cotton fabric increase with the increase of the GO dosage and the number of dipping-reducing GO cycle.When the concentration of GO is 2.5 g/L and the number of dipping-reducing GO is 5 times,the surface resistance value of cotton fabric is reduced to 1.14 kΩ/cm,and the electromagnetic shielding efficiency is close to 50%.
