摘要
居住性历史文化街区是基于居民日常生活功能而形成的,以传统民居建筑和街道空间为载体的街区。因为记录了城市在不同历史阶段的物质生活和文化生活,街区保护和活化具有重要意义。少数民族地区的居住性历史文化街区更是因为承载了独有的生活方式而成为文化遗产保护的重要内容。居住性历史文化街区的保护和活化面临着过度追求经济利益而破坏原有街区风貌和忽视街区居民生活需求的问题。原生态理念是重视地方社会生活记忆和人文环境延续的一种全面优化发展策略。本文以原生态理念对居住性历史文化街区进行活化研究,从物质环境到人文环境,提出整体规划、风貌完整、文化延续三大原则,并以新疆喀什高台民居为例,探索民族地区居住性历史文化街区可持续发展路径,实现保护和活化的双向平衡。
The residential historical and cultural blocks are formed based on the functions of residents’ daily life and take the traditional residential buildings and street space as the carrier.Because it records the material life and cultural life of the city in different historical stages, its protection and activation is of great significance. Residential historical and cultural blocks in ethnic minority areas have become an important part of cultural heritage protection because they carry a unique way of life. The protection and activation of residential historical and cultural blocks are faced with the problems of excessive pursuit of economic interests,destruction of the original block style and neglection of the living needs of block residents. The concept of original ecology is a comprehensive and optimized development strategy that attaches importance to the memory of local social life and the continuation of human environment. Based on the activation of residential historical and cultural blocks by the original ecological concept, this paper puts forward three principles: overall planning, integrity of style and features and cultural continuity from the material environment to the humanistic environment. Taking the folk houses in in Kashgar Gaotai in Xinjiang as an example, this paper explores the sustainable development path of residential historical and cultural blocks in ethnic minority areas, so as to realize the dual orientation and balance of protection and activation.
