摘要
在高质量发展背景下,从科技创新与乡村产业振兴两方面选取16个指标构建二者耦合协调发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,基于耦合协调发展模型,对商洛市科技创新与乡村产业振兴协调耦合协调水平进行评价。结果显示:2011-2020年商洛市科技创新与乡村产业振兴耦合协调度从0.1870上升到0.7701,现处于中级协调发展阶段。基于此,提出商洛市政府应强化科技赋能和构建科技创新体系、激活创新载体和构建“双创效应”、不断强化自我发展和弥补自身生产力的不足等建议。
Under the background of high-quality development,16 indexes were selected from two aspects of scientific and technological innovation and rural industry revitalization to construct the evaluation index system of their coupling and coordinated development.The entropy method was used to determine the index weight.Based on the coupling and coordinated development model,the coupling and coordinated coordination level of scientific and technological innovation and rural industry revitalization in Shangluo City was evaluated.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and rural industry revitalization in Shangluo City increased from 0.1870 to 0.7701 during 2011-2020,and is now in the intermediate stage of coordinated development.Based on this,it is proposed that Shangluo Municipal government should strengthen science and technology enabling and build science and technology innovation system,activate innovation carrier and build"mass innovation effect",constantly strengthen self-development and make up for the shortage of its own productivity.
