摘要
本文总结了1例艾滋病(AIDS)A合并进行性多灶性白质脑病(PML)患者的护理经验,包括生命体征及病情观察、用药护理、皮肤护理、CVC护理、腰穿术后护理、语言康复护理、日常生活能力训练、营养支持、心理护理等。
This paper summarized the holistic nursing management of an acquired immune de⁃ficiency syndrome patient with progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy.Key nursing interven⁃tions included observation of illness condition,medication care,skin care,central venous cathe⁃ter care,postoperative care of lumbar puncture,language rehabilitation;training on activity of daily living,nutrition support,psychological care.
