摘要
本次永定河生态补水AI视频识别测流系统采用LSPIV(大尺度粒子图像测速技术)算法,经垂线测速对比及数据分析,发现AI视频识别测流结果符合业务需求。AI视频识别测流法与水位-流量关系表法、铅鱼转子流速仪所测流量数值接近,误差在预期范围内。利用AI视频识别测流技术实现监测数据和实时场景融合,为永定河生态补水调度决策提供准确及时的数据实景依据,从而提升远程研判能力、精细化管理能力、补水调度指挥能力,促进了永定河生态补水对首都社会、经济、环境协调共进和人水和谐发展。
The AI video flow measurement application of the Yongding River ecological water replenishment adopts the LSPIV(Large Scale Particle Image Velocity Measurement Technology) algorithm, and the AI recognition result is in line with the business needs through vertical velocity measurement comparison and data analysis. The AI video flow measurement value is close to the flow value obtained by manually looking up the meter and manually using the lead fish rotor flowmeter, and the error is within the expected range. Integration of monitoring data and real-time scene is realized by using video AI technology, which provides an accurate and timely data reality basis for water replenishment scheduling decision. This can improve remote research and judgment capabilities, refined management capabilities, and water replenishment scheduling command capabilities. It promotes the harmonious development of the capital’s society,economy and environment, and the harmonious development of human and water.
