摘要
为解决松散回潮工序喂料机因再造烟叶吸附于计量管视窗上而造成断料的问题,设计了一种用于清除再造烟叶吸附的喷吹装置。这一喷吹装置通过程序监测计量管内的料位状态,判断再造烟叶是否存在吸附现象,进而控制电磁阀通断,利用压缩空气对吸附的再造烟叶进行喷吹,使其脱离吸附表面。应用这一喷吹装置后进行测试,计量管断料由每批次2.8次降低为0,确认这一喷吹装置的使用效果良好。
In order to solve the problem of material interruption caused by the adsorption of recycled tobacco leaf on the metering tube window of the feeder in the loose moisture regain process,a blowing device for removing the adsorption of recycled tobacco leaf was designed.This blowing device monitors the material level state in the metering tube through the program,judges whether the recycled tobacco leaf has adsorption phenomenon,and then controls the solenoid valve on-off,and uses compressed air to spray the adsorbed recycled tobacco leaf to make it detached from the adsorption surface.After the application of this blowing device,the test was carried out,and the material interruption found in measuring tube was reduced from 2.8 times per batch to 0,and the use of this blowing device was confirmed to be effective.
