摘要
基于中国家庭跟踪调查(CFPS) 2016年和2018年的数据,从贫困率、贫困强度和贫困深度3个角度分析了中国农村贫困情况,与2010年的贫困率相比,2018年中国农村地区贫困率下降了54%。将贫困率、贫困强度和贫困深度作为被解释变量,实证检验了发展地理标志农产品对农村家庭的减贫影响。结果表明:地理标志农产品的认证可以拓宽农产品销路,进而显著降低农村家庭的贫困情况,且这一结论在考虑多种情况的回归分析中依然保持稳健。此外,地理标志农产品的认证效果表现出区域异质性,具体为地理标志农产品的认证能够显著降低中西部农村家庭的贫困情况,且地理标志农产品对西部地区的减贫作用要大于中部地区,但是对东部地区的影响不显著。基于此,提出了发展地理标志农产品推动农村减贫的相关对策建议。
Based on the data of the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) in 2016 and 2018, the situation of rural poverty in China was analyzed from three aspects: the incidence rate of poverty, poverty gap index and poverty severity index. Compared with the incidence rate of poverty in 2010, the incidence rate of poverty in rural areas in China has decreased by 54%. Using the incidence rate of poverty, poverty gap index and poverty severity index as explained variables, the impact of geographical indication agricultural products on poverty reduction in rural areas was analyzed. The results showed that the geographical indication agricultural products can broaden the market of agricultural products and significantly reduce poverty in rural areas, and these results are robust to different test. In addition, the impact of geographical indications agricultural products shows regional heterogeneity. It can significantly reduce poverty in central and western regions, and the impact on the western region is greater than the central region, but the impact on the eastern region is not significant. Based on this, some countermeasures and suggestions on developing geographical indication agricultural products to promote rural poverty reduction were put forward.
