摘要
为弄清外来入侵植物对土壤微生物的影响,本研究通过实地踏勘及取样方法,对西安市郊区农田中生长的野燕麦根系土壤理化性质及土壤微生物多样性进行了调查研究,分析了距离野燕麦植株不同范围内土壤的养分、酶活性、平均颜色变化率等指标的变化情况。结果表明:距离野燕麦根系越近的土壤中土壤养分和酶活性受影响的程度越明显;土壤微生物平均颜色变化率与土壤培育时间及距离根系土壤范围均有联系,土壤微生物平均颜色变化率随培育时间呈现逐渐递增的趋势,距离越近,总碳源利用率越高。且入侵植物野燕麦的生长对于土壤中微生物的功能多样性均有显著影响(P<0.05),距根系土壤越近,土壤微生物的丰富度、多样性、优势度越高,均匀度越小。
In order to understand the impact of alien invasive plants on soil microorganisms, this study investigated the physical and chemical properties of the root soil and soil microbial diversity of wild oats growing in the farmland in the suburb of Xi’an City through field survey and sampling methods, and analyzed the changes of soil nutrients, enzyme activities, average color change rate and other indicators within different ranges from wild oats. The results showed that the closer to the roots of wild oats, the more the soil nutrients and enzyme activities were affected;The average color change rate of soil microorganisms is related to the incubation time of soil and the range from root to soil. The average color change rate of soil microorganisms increases gradually with incubation time. The closer the distance, the higher the total carbon source utilization rate is. Moreover, the growth of the invasive plant wild oats had a significant impact on the functional diversity of soil microorganisms(P<0.05).The closer to the root soil, the higher the richness, diversity and dominance of soil microorganisms, and the lower the evenness.
