脱氧工艺对U20Mn2SiCrNiMo钢中夹杂物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了实际生产中脱氧剂硅钙钡的加入量及加入时间对U20Mn2SiCrNiMo钢中夹杂物的影响。研究结果表明,虽然试验炉次硅钙钡脱氧剂加入量较原工艺减少180 kg,但是调整其加入工艺,试验炉次终点钢中总氧量基本保持不变。精炼后期钢水发生增氧及增氮现象,表明钢水发生了二次氧化。应适当降低VD破空后软吹气体流量,加强中间包保护浇铸,防止钢液裸露造成二次氧化。减少硅钙钡的加入量后,精炼渣碱度及Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数较原工艺有所降低,VD精炼后夹杂物的平均尺寸较原工艺有所降低,夹杂物平均成分发生了较大变化,CaO质量分数降低,SiO_(2)质量分数升高,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数降低,MgO质量分数升高,在相图中夹杂物平均成分朝高熔点区移动,更有利于夹杂物上浮去除。 The effect of adding amount and time of deoxidizing agent barium on inclusion in U20Mn2SiCrNiMo steel was studied in this paper.The results showed that although the amount of barium silicate calcium deoxidizer in the test furnace was 180 kg less than that in the original process,the total oxygen content in the secondary terminal steel of the test furnace basically remained unchanged.The phenomenon of oxygen and nitrogen increase occurred in the molten steel at the later stage of refining,indicating that secondary oxidation occurred in the molten steel.The soft blowing gas flow after VD break should be appropriately reduced,and the protection pouring of tundish should be strengthened to prevent secondary oxidation caused by exposed molten steel.The average size of inclusions after VD refining was lower than that of the original process.The average composition of inclusions changed greatly.The content of CaO decreased,the content of SiO_(2)increased,the content of Al_(2)O_(3)decreased,and the content of MgO increased.In the phase diagram,the average composition of inclusions moves towards the high melting point region,which is more conducive to the inclusion floating removal.
