摘要
地震发生后,民间慈善组织、救援队赶往灾区救援;与政府协同,优化资源、协调指挥、共同救援。基金会在应急救援中的工作重点是组织多个民间救援队以转运受灾民众、发放救灾物资及环境消杀为主;笔者作为医务人员,了解到社会组织参与灾难救援期间,很少有医疗类社会组织参与其中,目前能够开展医疗服务的社会组织极为少数,本文以此为切入点,阐述了社会组织医疗救援的必要性。
After the earthquake, non-governmental charitable organizations and rescue teams rush to the disaster area in coordination with the government to optimize resources, coordinate command, and work together for rescue. The foundations focus on how to organize a number of non-governmental rescue teams to transfer victims, distribute relief materials and sterilize the environment. As a medical worker, the author understands that there are few medical social organizations involved in disaster rescue while only a few social organizations can provide medical service at present. Based on the status quo, this paper explains the necessity of medical rescue of social organizations.
