摘要
国内智慧图书馆职能研究涉及数据职能、服务职能、科研职能、社会职能等。论文将数据职能、组织职能、分析职能、服务职能、智库职能、智慧职能等智慧图书馆职能要素,分为基础职能、核心职能、目标职能三个层次,并将其内容彼此逻辑关联构成智慧图书馆职能体系。江苏图书馆事业职能体系构建日渐积累,区域特色明显,论文以其为样本进行了实证研究,并针对江苏智慧图书馆发展设计,以文献数据为生产要素,共建共治共享为建设目标,生态与服务为环境准绳,双轮驱动为发展战略,辐射带动为核心原则,论述了智慧图书馆职能体系的实现路径。
The function research of domestic smart library involves data function,service function,scientific research function,social function and so on.In this paper,the functional elements of smart library,such as data function,organization function,analysis function,service function,think tank function and smart function,are divided into three levels:basic function,core function and target function,and their contents are logically related to each other to form the functional system of smart library.The construction of Jiangsu library function system is accumulating day by day,and the regional characteristics are obvious.This paper takes it as a sample for empirical research.Aiming at the development design of Jiangsu smart library,this paper discusses the realization path of the function system of smart library with literature data as the production factor,collaboration and common interests as the construction goal,ecology and service as the environmental.
