摘要
煤泥浮选是选煤厂获取精煤的一种重要方法。霍尔辛赫选煤厂采用了浮选工艺对3号煤进行分选。分析了3号煤的煤质特征,主要包括物理性质、化学性质和煤泥分选试验结果,讨论了该选煤厂浮选工艺存在的问题,并提出了浮选工艺的优化措施。为了提高煤泥的精煤产率,对现有的浮选工艺进行改造,实现对煤泥的二次分选。
Coal slime flotation is an important method to obtain clean coal in the coal preparation plant. Huoerxinhe Coal Preparation Plant adopted the flotation process to separate No.3 coal. This paper analyzed the coal quality characteristics of No.3 coal, mainly including physical properties, chemical properties and coal slime separation test results, discussed the problems existing in the flotation process of this coal preparation plant, and put forward some improvement measures for the flotation process. In order to improve the clean coal yield of slime, the existing flotation process was modified to achieve the secondary separation of coal slime.
