摘要
目的探讨加温输液与环境加温联合干预应用于剖宫产低温产妇中的效果。方法选取2019年7月-2021年3月该院收治的76例剖宫产低温产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组在剖宫产术中给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予加温输液和环境加热联合干预,比较两组体温、满意度、术中寒战发生率及不良妊娠结局。结果观察组术中30 min、术毕和术后30 min体温高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇总满意度为92.11%,高于对照组的63.13%(P<0.05);观察组寒战发生率为18.42%,低于对照组的47.37%(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为5.25%,低于对照组的31.58%(P<0.05)。结论加温输液与环境加温联合干预能够有效维持剖宫产低温产妇身体温度处于稳定状态,减少寒战和不良妊娠结局发生几率,且产妇满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of combined intervention of heated infusion and environmental heating in cesarean section of parturients with low temperature.Methods From July 2019 to March 2021,76 parturients with low temperature in cesarean section admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 38cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention during cesarean section,and the observation group was given combined intervention of warming infusion and environmental heating on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,satisfaction,incidence of intraoperative chills and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature at 30 min during operation,at the end of operation and 30 min after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total maternal satisfaction in the observation group was 92.11%,which was higher than 63.13%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of chills in the observation group was 18.42%,which was lower than 47.37%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 5.25%,which was lower than 31.58%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of heated infusion and environmental heating can effectively maintain the body temperature of parturients with low temperature during cesarean section in a stable state,reduce the incidence of chills and adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve maternal satisfaction.
