摘要
目的研究三联抗生素糊剂与氢氧化钙糊剂对年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者牙髓血运重建术疗效的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院接受牙髓血运重建术治疗的年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者共70例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用氢氧化钙糊剂根管封药,研究组采用三联抗生素糊剂根管封药,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、疼痛程度及心理状态。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3、6个月疼痛程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月抑郁和焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与氢氧化钙糊剂相比,三联抗生素糊剂在年轻恒牙牙髓炎患者牙髓血运重建术中的治疗效果更加突出,可降低不良反应发生几率,减轻疼痛程度,改善不良心理状态。
Objective To study the effect of triple antibiotic paste and calcium hydroxide paste on pulp revascularization in young permanent teeth with pulpitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with pulpitis of young permanent teeth who underwent pulp revascularization in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste root canal sealing,and the study group was treated with triple antibiotic paste root canal sealing.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,pain degree and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 3 and 6months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with calcium hydroxide paste,triple antibiotic paste is more effective in the treatment of pulp revascularization in young permanent teeth pulpitis patients,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce the degree of pain and improve the bad psychological state.
