摘要
目的产房助产带教中,分析案例与情景模拟联合教学法的实际应用价值。方法选择2019年1月-2020年12月接受本院产房助产带教的学生100例为研究对象,将2019年1~12月接受本院产房助产带教的学生划为对照组,采用常规方式进行带教,将2020年1~12月接受本院产房助产带教的学生划为观察组,采用案例与情景模拟联合教学法进行产房助产带教,每组各50名对比两组学生在接受产房助产带教之后理论、操作以及应急能力等方面的考核成绩,同时对比两组学生对于带教的满意度。结果从本次研究结果来看,相比于对照组学生来说,观察组学生在接受产房助产带教之后,其理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、应急能力考核成绩均相对较高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组学生对于产房助产带教的满意度也整体高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论产房助产带教中,通过应用情景模拟与案例联合教学法,能够有效提升学生的考核成绩,同时也非常有利于提升学生自身对于产房助产带教的满意度,教学中的推广价值相对较高。
Objective To analyze practical application value of case teaching method combined with scenario simulation in midwifery teaching.Methods The paper chose 100 students received midwifery teaching in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as research objects,students received midwifery teaching in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into control group,with routine teaching,and those received midwifery teaching in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 into observation group,with case teaching method combined with scenario simulation for midwifery teaching.Assessment results of theory,operation and emergency ability were compared between two groups after receiving midwifery teaching in delivery room,satisfaction degree between two groups with teaching was compared.Results After receiving midwifery teaching in delivery room,students in observation group had relatively higher scores in theoretical examination,operational examination and emergency ability examination than control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group with midwifery teaching in delivery room was higher than control group as a whole,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During midwifery teaching in delivery room,scenario simulation and case combination teaching method can improve assessment results of students effectively,improve their satisfaction degree with midwifery teaching in delivery room,with relatively high promotion value of teaching.
