摘要
目的探析客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)在临床医学留学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学考核中的构建方式及应用效果。方法选择西南医科大学2015级及2016级临床医学本科留学生为研究对象,实习结束时进行OSCE考试,对考核成绩进行分析并对学生进行问卷调查。结果两个年级的OSCE考核各项成绩及总成绩比较,病史采集、专科检查、技能操作、病案分析和总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。OSCE考核的Cronbach’sα系数为0.701,各站点评定信度为0.82~0.91,提示评分者之间一致性较高。学生对OSCE考核的认知度、满意度均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试题难易度的调查显示学生均认为试题难易度适中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在留学生本科耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学中应用OSCE能有效评估留学生的临床工作能力,为留学生的临床能力培养提供依据。
Objective To explore the construction method and application effect of objective structured clinical assessment(OSCE)in the examination of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of clinical medical foreign students.Methods The 2015 and 2016 clinical medical undergraduate forein students of Southwest Medical University are the subjects of study,and the OSCE exam is conducted at the end of the internship.The assessment results are analyzed and the students are surveyed.Results There were no significant differences in the scores and total scores of OSCE assessment between the two grades.There was no statistically significant difference between the history collection and specialist examination,skill operation,case analysis,auxiliary examination and analysis,and total score(P>0.05).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of OSCE assessment is 0.701,and the reliability of each site is 0.82-0.91,which indicates that the scorers have higher consistency.The students'awareness of the OSCE assessment and the satisfaction survey were 100%.There was no significant difference between the two grades(P>0.05).The survey of the difficulty of the test showed that the students felt that the difficulty of the test was moderate.There was no significant difference between the two grades(P>0.05).Conclusion Objectiv structured clinical examination could effectively evaluate the clinical work ability of in otolaryngology for clinical medical foreign students,head and neck surgery and provide evidence for the cultivation of clinical ability.
