高海拔地区隧道冲沟破碎带施工工艺研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了在新建川藏铁路拉萨至林芝段站前工程LLZQ-1B标段香嘎山隧道工程施工中,由于该区域地质运动的影响,使得隧道岩体较为破碎,隧道所穿越的地层地质较差且较为复杂,尤其是部分地段位于岩层冲沟破碎带上,隧道施工难度大大增加。加之该隧道位于青藏高原地区,高海拔气候环境对机械设备及施工人员的影响进一步增加了隧道施工的困难及安全风险。为保证隧道施工安全,减少不良地质对隧道施工的不利影响,项目部从隧道开挖方法、支护工艺及施工监测等方面进行详细规划和严格把控,同时对施工机械设备进行改造保证其性能满足施工需求。通过一系列举措,不但使得隧道顺利穿越岩层冲沟破碎带,保证了施工安全,而且也减少了高原环境对机械设备性能的影响,加快了施工进度,提高了机械设备的使用率,降低了施工措施费用。该类型隧道所涉及的部分施工工艺也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This paper mainly introduces the construction of xianggashan tunnel in section llzq-1B of Lhasa Nyingchi section of the newly built Sichuan Tibet railway.Due to the influence of regional structure,the rock mass of the tunnel is broken,and the stratum geology that the tunnel crosses is poor and complex.In particular,some sections are located in the broken gully zone,which greatly increases the difficulty of tunnel construction.In addition,the tunnel is located in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.The impact of high altitude climate environment on mechanical equipment and construction personnel further increases the difficulties and safety risks of tunnel construction.In order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and reduce the adverse impact of adverse geology on tunnel construction,the project department makes detailed planning and strict control from the aspects of tunnel excavation method,support technology and construction monitoring,and transforms the construction machinery and equipment to ensure that its performance meets the construction requirements.Through a series of measures,the tunnel not only smoothly crosses the broken gully zone of rock stratum,ensuring the construction safety,but also reducing the impact of plateau environment on the performance of mechanical equipment,speeding up the construction progress,improving the utilization rate of mechanical equipment,and reducing the cost of construction measures.Some construction technologies involved in this type of tunnel also provide reference for similar subsequent construction.
