摘要
认证审核指具备资质的认证机构对产品、过程或体系满足待认证标准要求的程度所进行系统的、独立的并形成文件的过程。认证审核同内部审核一样,对于组织保持、完善和改进管理体系至关重要。本文通过对质量管理体系认证审核过程的分析,研究了受审核单位应重点关注的方面;有机结合按部门审核和按过程方法审核,提高审核过程的有效性。最后以某单位迎接认证审核过程为例,验证了上述结合方法的有效性,并提出认证审核过程中需要注意的几点事项。
Certification audit is a systematic,independent and documented process conducted by a qualified certification body to determine the extent to which a product,process or system meets the requirements of the standards to be certified.Just like internal audit,certification audit is crucial for the organization to maintain,improve and perfect management system.This paper researches the key aspects which audited units should focus on through analyzing the certification process of quality management system,and improves effectiveness of the audit process by organic combination of the department audit and process method audit.Finally this paper verifies the effectiveness of the above combination method through an example of a unit preparing the certification audit process,puts forwards some points that need to pay attention to in the process of certification audit.
