摘要
目的:构建老年护理硕士专业学位(MNS)研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系。方法:采用文献回顾法及半结构式访谈初步构建老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对24名专家进行2轮咨询,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:2轮专家咨询专家有效应答率分别为100.0%和83.3%,专家意见提出率分别为54.2%和35.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.893和0.903,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.210和0.403(均P<0.001),最终构建的老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、15个二级指标、57个三级指标。结论:老年MNS研究生临床指导教师核心能力评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可靠性,可为临床指导教师遴选、考核提供参考。
Objective:To construct evaluation index system of core competence in clinical instructors of master of nursing specialist(MNS)for the elderly.Methods:The first draft of evaluation index system of core competence in clinical instructors of MNS for the elderly was drawn up by literature reviews and semi-structured interviews.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 24 experts,and the weight of indexes was determined by analytic hierarchy process.Results:In the 2 rounds of expert consultation,the effective response rate of experts were 100.0%and 83.3%respectively,the rate of expert opinions were 54.2%and 35.0%respectively,the expert authority coefficient were 0.893 and 0.903 respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.210 and 0.403 respectively(all P<0.001).The final evaluation index system of core competence in clinical instructors of MNS for the elderly included 6 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 57 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The evaluation index system of core competence in clinical instructors of MNS for the elderly is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference for selection and assessment of clinical instructors.
