摘要 动脉粥样硬化的发生是一种复杂的慢性炎症性疾病,可由内皮细胞功能障碍、脂质代谢紊乱、氧化应激及免疫炎症反应等多种因素导致,是引起心血管疾病最常见的病因。α1-抗胰蛋白酶(alpha1-antitrypsin,AAT)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,主要功能是抑制中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶,同时具有高效的抗炎特性和免疫调节作用,在多种炎症性疾病中发挥作用。近年来发现AAT与心血管疾病关系密切,本文主要阐述AAT在动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病中的作用,以期为临床诊疗提供新的思路和方向。 Atherosclerosis is a complex chronic inflammatory disease,which can be caused by endothelial cell dysfunction,lipid metabolism disorders,oxidative stress and immune inflammatory reaction.It is the most common cause of cardiovascular disease.Alpha1-antitrypsin(AAT)is a serine protease inhibitor,whose main function is to inhibit neutrophil elastase and it has efficient anti-inflammatory properties and immune regulation at the same time,and plays a role in a variety of inflammatory diseases.In recent years,it has been found that AAT is closely related to cardiovascular disease.This article mainly expounds the role of AAT in atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease in order to provide new ideas and directions for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
