摘要
目的探讨正念癌症康复训练对头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗患者疲乏及负性情绪的干预效果。方法选取肿瘤科收治的80例头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用放疗常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施正念癌症康复训练,干预前后采用Piper疲乏修订量表(Piper fatigue fcale-revised,PFS-R)、医院焦虑与抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)对2组进行评价。结果干预后,观察组疲乏总分低于对照组(t=42.859,P<0.001),HADS总分及焦虑、抑郁得分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=13.768,P<0.001;t=9.332,P<0.001;t=10.050,P<0.001)。结论正念癌症康复训练可有效改善头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗患者的疲乏状态及负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of mindfulness-based cancer recovery training on fatigue and negative emotions of head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods Eighty patients with head and neck malignant tumor and receiving radiotherapy were divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 40,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with mindfulness-based cancer recovery training.Before and after the intervention,both groups were evaluated using the Piper fatigue scale-revised(PFS-R)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS).Results After 8-week intervention,the total score of fatigue in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=42.859,P<0.001).Moreover,the total score of HADS,anxiety and depression of the former group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=13.768,P<0.001;t=9.332,P<0.001;t=10.050,P<0.001).Conclusion Mindfulness-based cancer recovery training can effectively relieve fatigue and negative emotions of head and neck cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.
