摘要 在提高土方量计算准确度的同时,实现深基坑开挖过程的可视化呈现,提出基于改进机器视觉的深基坑开挖土方量近景监测方法。通过相机、镜头、光源角度确定测量设备型号,将其作为机器视觉技术的硬件设备,采集深基坑地面图像,利用相机标定确定图像与实际空间的关系性,通过修正畸变差改进机器视觉技术,提升其近景监测效果,利用数据传输设备发送给PC机,实现原始深基坑地面图像的灰度化、傅立叶变换及去噪处理,以此为基础,构建数字地面模型并生成深基坑地面点云数据,通过规则格网处理获得规则数字表面模型,删除其内非地面物体后,经梯度阈值处理实现数字地面模型的提取,选取合适的土石方运算方法实现深基坑开挖土方量的近景监测。结果表明:该方法可实现原始深基坑地面图像的预处理,提升图像质量,并完成土方量的测量,且满足精确性要求。 In addition to improving the accuracy of earthwork calculation,the visualization of deep foundation pit excavation process is realized. A close-range monitoring method based on improved machine vision for deep foundation pit excavation earthwork is proposed. Determined by camera,camera,light angle measuring equipment models,as the hardware of machine vision technology,image acquisition deep foundation pit ground,camera calibration is used to determine the image and the actual space,the relationship between this revised distortion to improve the machine vision technology,improve its close shot monitoring effect,use data transmission equipment is sent to the PC,Implementation of deep foundation pit ground original image gray,the Fourier transform and the denoising processing,on this basis,the construction of digital terrain model and generate a deep foundation pit ground point cloud data,through the rules grid with a digital surface model,delete them after the ground objects,the gradient threshold processing to realize the extraction of digital terrain model,a suitable earthwork calculation method is selected to realize the close-range monitoring of earthwork in deep foundation pit excavation. The results show that this method can realize the preprocessing of the original deep foundation pit ground image,improve the image quality,and complete the earthwork measurement,and meet the accuracy requirements.
