摘要
聚乳酸作为环境无污染型,可再生、可降解的高分子生物材料可作为现代石油基塑料的替代品,广泛应用于化妆品、农业、纺织服装、医药业和化工塑料等领域,具有十分广阔的市场前景。聚乳酸的合成与应用从上世纪开始就已经引起了研究者们的注意,近年来更是飞速发展。美国的奈琪沃克公司和中国的丰原集团是当前聚乳酸产业工业化的代表。当前聚乳酸合成方法主要有两大类,均存在明显的优缺点,因此急需找到一种成本低,易工业化的合成方法。综述了现阶段聚乳酸的各个合成方法的优缺点以及市场现状并对聚乳酸的发展前景和趋势进行了分析。
Polylactic acid can be used as a substitute for petroleum-based plastics.It is widely used in packaging,agriculture,fiber textile,medical and engineering plastics and other fields,and has a very broad market prospect.The synthesis and application of polylactic acid has attracted the attention of researchers since the last century,and it has developed rapidly in recent years.NatureWorks in the United States and Fengyuan Group in China are the representatives of the current industrialization of polylactic acid industry.There are currently two main types of polylactic acid synthesis methods,both of which have obvious advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find a low-cost and easy-to-industrial synthesis method.This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various synthetic methods of polylactic acid at this stage,as well as the current market situation and analyzes the development prospects and trends of polylactic acid.
