称重标定块转运机器人系统设计

摘要 目前,特钢企业的钢材在出厂前都需要对其质量进行精确测量。钢材测量的称重系统长时间工作会受各种因素的影响,其测量精度会降低。钢厂需要采用重载称重标定块定期对称重系统进行标定,以保证其测量精度。为了减少称重系统标定过程中人工操作行车搬运重载称重标定块的安全风险,专门设计了一台称重标定块转运机器人系统。文中详细介绍了称重标定块转运机器人系统的机械结构设计、控制系统、工作流程等。 At present,the steel of special steel enterprises needs to be accurately weighed before leaving the factory.The weighing system for steel measurement will be affected by various factors when it works for a long time,and its measurement accuracy will be reduced.Steel mills need to use heavy-duty weighing calibration blocks to calibrate the weighing system regularly to ensure its measurement accuracy.In order to reduce the safety risk of handling heavy-duty weighing calibration blocks during the weighing system calibration process,a weighing calibration block transfer robot system is specially designed.This paper introduces the mechanical structure design,electrical system,communication and control of the transfer robot system in detail.
