摘要 为解决风电机组特殊环境条件下火灾救援的难题,对风电机组运行环境特殊性及发生火灾的原因特点进行分析。对自动消防系统的整体技术实现,火灾探测方法与灭火装置特性及《风力发电机组防火技术规程》中关于超细干粉及热气溶胶灭火装置使用量进行了研究。提出一种基于PLC与King SCADA实现的风电机组自动消防系统设计方法。研究结果表明:该套自动消防系统实现方法满足风电机组消防系统标准的要求,可实现消防功能的自动动作及报警等数据的记录,降低运维工作人员的压力,达到满意的效果,并可供相关工程参考使用。 In order to solve the special environmental conditions of wind turbines and the problem of fire disaster and rescue,the particularity of the operating environment of wind turbines and the characteristics of the causes of fires are analyzed.The overall technical realization of the automatic fire protection system,the fire detection method and the characteristics of the fire extinguishing device,and the usage of the ultrafine dry powder and hot aerosol fire extinguishing device in the"Technical Regulations for Fire Protection of Wind Turbines"are studied.A design method of wind turbine automatic fire protection system based on PLC and King SCADA is proposed.The research results show that the realization method of the automatic fire protection system meets the requirements of the wind turbine fire protection system standard,realizes the automatic action of the fire protection function and the recording of data such as alarms,reduces the pressure on the operation and maintenance staff,achieves satisfactory results,and can be used for related Engineering reference use.
