利用渣水系统处理脱硫废水的工程实际案例

摘要 在环保生产要求日益严格的大环境下,山东省某钢铁有限公司结合自身脱硫废水生产、治理及排放的情况,对脱硫废水收集系统进行了改造。通过水量平衡计算确定了将废水作为焖渣循环水系统补充用水的方案,同时将水渣排水收集作冲渣水系统补充用水。该方案合理可行且经济,为后续脱硫废水末端治理提供了保障。 With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,a Shandong iron and steel company reconstructed the collection of the desulfurization wastewater.According to the production,treatment and discharge of desulfurization wastewater,the original sintering and pelletizing desulfurization wastewater shall be reused as the make-up water for the slagging circulating water system,while the slag drainage shall be collected as the make-up water for the slag flushing water system.The project is reasonable,feasible and economical,which can effectively improve the water pollution caused by the untreated discharge of desulfurization wastewater in the original plant area,and provide guarantee for the stable operation of various systems in the industrial process of the entire plant area.
