摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发对普通高校教育教学影响较大.后疫情时代,部分广播电视大学教师面临着现代信息技术生疏、网络教学与传统课堂教学难以融合、难以保障学生良好学习状态等问题.为此,教师应采取调整心理状态提高信息技术能力、构建更加完整准确的线上线下混合式教学模式、加强师生合作等策略以保障学生的学习效果和质量.
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought a great impact on education of colleges and universities.In the post-epidemic era,some teachers of Open Universities encounter with teaching problems such as the unfamiliarity of modern information technology,the difficulty of integrating online teaching with classroom teaching,and the difficulty of ensuring desired learning state.Countermeasures are proposed that teachers should adjust their psychological state to improve their information technology ability;teachers should construct a more appropriate online and offline blended teaching mode;they also should strengthen the cooperation between teachers and students.
