摘要
目的分析我国2009年—2021年医疗不良事件报告领域的相关文献,以期总结此领域的研究热点与发展前沿。方法检索2009年—2021年中国知网数据库核心期刊、CSSCI和CSCD中主题为“医疗不良事件”“患者安全事件”等的相关文献,过滤外文文献,通过人工筛选,删除与主题无关或信息无效的文献,将最终纳入的文献导入CiteSpace软件进行文献计量和知识图谱分析。结果通过检索筛选共纳入495篇文献,在2009年—2021年间我国医疗不良事件报告领域发表文献数量呈波动上升趋势,2009年—2021年此领域的研究热点包括不良事件、不良反应、数据挖掘、患者安全、安全管理等,突现关键词包括病人安全、主动报告、医疗风险等,目前新的研究关注点是数据挖掘、信号检测等。结论2009年—2021年,国内医疗不良事件报告领域相关研究呈增长趋势。不良事件、不良反应、患者安全等是研究热点,数据挖掘等是研究发展前沿。
Objective To analyze the literature on adverse event reporting(AER)in China from 2009 to 2021 and to identify the research hotspots and frontiers in this field.Methods Articles on the topics including"medical adverse events"and"patient safety incidents"published in CSSCI and CSCD journals from 2009 to 2021 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.After the foreign-language literature was filtered,irrelevant articles and literature with invalid information were ruled out through manual screening.The finally included literature was imported into Citespace software for bibliometric and knowledge-map analyses.Results A total of 495 articles were finally included.The number of articles on AER in China fluctuated and increased in the years from 2009 to 2021.The research hotspots in this field from 2009 to 2021 included adverse events,adverse reactions,data mining,patient safety,and safety management,and the emergent words included patient safety,active reporting,and medical risk.The new research highlights included data mining and signal detection.Conclusions Research on AER in China increased during years from 2009 to 2021.Adverse events,adverse reactions,and patient safety are research hotspots,whereas data mining is a research frontier.
