摘要
目的探讨肾移植患者术后应对方式及其相关影响因素。方法选取2017年3月至2020年9月在我院行肾移植治疗的102例患者,于肾移植术后1周采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)判定患者的应对方式,统计患者的基线资料,分析患者术后应对方式的相关影响因素。结果102例肾移植患者中,术后消极应对43例(42.16%),术后积极应对59例(57.84%)。经单因素和Logistic回归分析结果显示,社会支持度低下、疾病不确定感低下、乐观水平低下是肾移植患者术后消极应对的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论肾移植患者术后应对方式受其社会支持度、疾病不确定感、乐观水平等因素影响,临床需对上述影响因素重点关注。
Objective To analyze the postoperative coping styles and related influencing factors of kidney transplant patients.Methods 102 patients with kidney transplant in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2020 were selected.1 week after kidney transplant,the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)was used to determine the coping styles,the baseline data of patients were counted,and the rellated influencing factors of postoperative coping styles were analyzed.Results Among 102 kidney transplant patients,43 cases(42.16%)responded negatively and 59 cases(57.84%)responded positively after surgery.Univariate and Logistic regression analysis showed that low social support,low disease uncertainty and low optimism level were the influencing factors of negative coping after kidney transplant(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Postoperative coping styles of kidney transplant patients is affected by factors such as social support,disease uncertainty and optimism level.Clinically,the above influencing factors should be paid attention to.
