摘要
目的探讨火把花根片联合来氟米特(LEF)治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80例SLE患者,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用泼尼松联合LEF治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用火把花根片联合LEF治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肾功能及炎性因子。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的24 h Upro、尿β2-MG、尿红细胞水平降低,且观察组的24 h Upro、尿β2-MG、尿红细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-8、IL-10水平降低,且观察组的IL-8、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火把花根片联合LEF治疗SLE的效果较好,可改善患者的肾功能,抑制机体炎性因子水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huobahuagen tablets combined with leflunomide in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 80 SLE patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group was treated with prednison combined with LEF,and the observation group was treated with Huobahuagen tablets combined with LEF on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,renal function and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h Upro,urineβ2-MG and urine red blood cells in the two groups decreased,and the levels of 24 h Upro,urineβ2-MG and urine red blood cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IL-8 and IL-10 levels of the two groups decreased,and the IL-8 and IL-10 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Huobahuagen tablets combined with LEF has better effect in the treatment of SLE,which can improve the renal function and inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors.
