摘要
本文以绿色建筑工程管理作为切入点,简要叙述全寿命周期工程管理模式的概念与管理原则,并从决策立项、工程设计、现场施工、运营等环节详细阐述全寿命周期管理模式在的管理内容,旨在建立完善的全寿命周期工程管理体系,有效约束和指导各项管理工作开展,推动工程综合管理水平的稳步提升.
Taking green building project management as the starting point,this paper briefly describes the concept and management principles of the whole life cycle project management mode,and elaborates the management content of the whole life cycle management mode from the aspects of decision-making and initiation,project design,on-site construction and operation,aiming to establish a sound whole-life-cycle project management system,effectively constrain and guide the development of various management work,and promote the steady improvement of the comprehensive management level of the project.
