摘要
采用环境友好型Ti-Zr系处理液与传统铬酸盐处理液分别在30s、60s、90s、180s、240s、300s成膜时间下对铝合金试样进行成膜处理,通过对成膜厚度、平均膜重、抗重铬酸点滴测试,结果表明:两种转化膜成膜都较为均匀,钛锆系转化膜只能30s~180s范围内持续钝化,超过180s后钛锆系转化膜出现膜层疏松的自溶解过程,铬酸盐处理液能够使铝合金试样在30s~300s范围持续钝化成膜。通过光学显微镜及SEM对成膜样品微观形貌进一步分析,结果表明:铬酸盐转化膜较钛锆系转化膜更加致密,膜层更加稳定,耐蚀性较强,Ti-Zr系处理液配方需进一步优化改进。
Use the environmentally friendly Ti-Zr solution and the traditional chromate treatment liquid on Aluminum Alloy sample for film forming respectively in 30s, 60s, 90s, 180s, 240s, 300s film forming time.The film thickness, the average weight of the film and the drip dichromate resistance were tested,results showed that the two kinds of conversion film were uniform, The Ti-Zr conversion films can been passivated range from 30s~180s, which shows self dissolution process of TiZr conversion film after 180s.Chromate treatment liquid can make Aluminum Alloy samples for passivation in the range of 30s~300s.The morphology were further analyzed by optical microscope and SEM, results show that the chromate conversion film was more compact, more stable, better corrosion resistance than Ti-Zr conversion film.The Ti-Zr solution formula needs further improvement.
