摘要
目的分析2019—2021年深圳市平湖地区儿童流感病毒感染的临床特点及流行病学特征,提高对儿童流感病毒感染认知的同时为流感疫情有效控制提供理论依据。方法收集2019年9月至2021年9月于深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院门诊经流感快速检测确诊为流感病毒感染患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果流感患儿共144例,男85例,女59例,男女比例为1.44∶1.00;年龄0.25~13岁,平均(4.55±3.10)岁,以幼儿期多见。144例患儿以发热、咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞、消化道非特异性症状为主要临床表现,其中发热以高热为主。144例患儿白细胞计数正常占64.49%,超敏C反应蛋白正常占78.26%;甲型流感病毒抗原检测阳性占51.39%,乙型流感病毒抗原检测阳性占45.14%。肺部影像学检查异常以右肺病理性改变多见。结论流感病毒感染以幼儿期多见,常见临床表现为发热、咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞、消化道非特异性症状,血常规、超敏C反应蛋白指标异常患儿较少。
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological features of influenza virus infection in children in Pinghu area of Shenzhen from 2019 to 2021,so as to improve the understanding of influenza virus infection in children and provide theoretical basis for effective control of influenza epidemic.Methods The clinical data of children diagnosed with influenza virus infection by rapid influenza test in the outpatient department of the Fifth People’s Hospital of Longgang District in Shenzhen City from September 2019 to September 2021 were collected for retrospective analysis.Results There were 144 children with influenza,including 85 males and 59 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.44∶1.00.The age range was 0.25-13 years old,and the average age was(4.55±3.10)years,which was more common in early childhood.The main clinical manifestations of 144 children were fever,cough,runny nose,nasal congestion,and non-specific symptoms of digestive tract,and the fever was mainly hyperthermia.Among 144 children,64.49%had normal white blood cell count and 78.26%had normal hypersensitive C-reactive protein.The positive antigen tests for influenza A virus accounted for 51.39%,and positive for influenza B virus antigen tests accounted for 45.14%.Lung imaging abnormalities were more common with pathological changes in the right lung.Conclusion Influenza virus infection is more common in early childhood,and the common clinical manifestations are fever,cough,runny nose,nasal congestion,and non-specific symptoms of digestive tract.There are few children with abnormal blood routine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein.
