摘要 随着LNG等低温工程产业的迅猛发展,使得作为输送低温介质“血管”的管道在产业发展中变得尤为重要。支架作为支撑管道的“骨骼”,是保证管道安全运行的基础,发挥着重要作用,因此开展低温支架的研究和设计对低温工程领域的发展具有重要意义。文中通过分析低温环境下管道支架的性能要求,从功能作用、保冷隔冷、受力分析、材料选择等多方面,开展了对低温支架的主体结构研究,材料选择分析,承载结构设计等,以充分剖析低温支架的关键技术。并结合研究成果设计了一类用于低温系统管道的支架,主体结构包括保冷结构和金属承载结构两部分,保冷结构实现对低温管道的保冷和隔冷作用,承载结构用于实现对载荷的传递和保护保冷结构的作用,此支架具有适用范围广、保冷性能好、结构强度高、稳定性更优,且经济型和施工便易性较好等优点。在研究和设计保冷结构时,充分分析了假腿型与改进型的优缺点,改进型保冷结构的性能更优,其采用“分离设计”,即管道-保冷隔冷层-承载结构的设计结构,有效降低了管道内冷能的泄漏,采用两半圆柱体结构,在方便安装施工的同时也使得此种结构的扩展性更强。 With rapid development of LNG and other cryogenic engineering industries,pipelines as"blood vessels"for transporting cryogenic media become particularly important.As the"skeleton"that supports the pipeline,the support is the basis for ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline and plays an important role,so the research and design of cryogenic support is of great significance to the development of cryogenic engineering.In this paper,by analyzing the performance requirements of the pipe support under low temperature environment,the works,including main structure research,material selection analysis,and load-bearing structure design of the cryogenic support,were carried out in terms of function,cold insulation,stress analysis,material selection etc.,so as to fully analyze the key technologies of the supports for low temperature pipeline.Combined with the research results,a type of supports for pipelines in low-temperature system was designed.The main structure includes two parts,a cold-insulation structure and a metal bearing structure.The cold-insulation structure realizes the functions of cold isolation and cold insulation for the low-temperature pipeline,and the load-bearing structure is used to realize load transfer and to protect the cold insulation structure.This support has the advantages of wide application range,good cold insulation performance,high structural strength,better stability,cost saving and ease of construction.In the research and design of the cold insulation structure,the advantages and disadvantages of the supports with prosthetic leg type and the improving type were fully analyzed.The improving cold insulation structure has better performance and adopts"separate design",that is,the structure is the type of pipe-cold insulation layer-bearing structure.It effectively reduces the leakage of cold energy in the pipeline.The two-half cylindrical structure is used to facilitate installation and construction,but also makes this structure more expandable.
