三维空间设计网络分析法对地下商业建筑空间的定量研究--以深圳市为例

摘要 深圳历经多年城市化发展,高密度人居环境促成发达的立体交通系统,地下商业作为重要一环有机联络了各层交通网廊并维系其中缺失的功能。本文结合空间设计网络分析软件与现场人流量实测,对深圳市八个地下商业建筑空间通过量化方式进行了研究,分析了五种典型平面的地下商业空间特征,探究了影响地下商业空间人流量的多种因素。研究得出了空间设计网络分析软件对三维空间下建筑室内路网分析具有良好的预见性与实践性、对判断建成空间的吸引力、可达性、人流量有积极作用的结论,并印证了平面形态是影响人出行分布的首要因素,城市街道与业态功能是重要因素的结论。 After years of urbanization development in Shenzhen, the high-density living environment has contributed to a developed three-dimensional transportation system.As an important part, underground commerce connects the transportation network corridors on all floors and maintains the missing functions. Combining sDNA software and people flow test, this paper studies eight underground commercial building spaces in Shenzhen through quantitative methods, analyzes the features of five typical planes of underground commercial space, and explores the factors that affect the flow of people among those spaces. The research draws the conclusion that the sDNA software has good predictability and practicality for the analysis of the indoor road network in the three-dimensional space, and has a positive effect on judging the attractiveness, accessibility and human flow of the built space. It also confirms that the plane is the primary factor affecting the distribution of people’s travel, and the urban streets and business functions are the important factors.
