刈割时期对糜子秸秆产量及营养品质的影响 被引量:3

Effect of different clipping periods on forage yield and nutritional quality of broomcorn millet

摘要 研究旨在探明黑龙江地区糜子适宜刈割期。试验以齐黍1号为材料,设4个刈割时期(抽穗期、开花期、灌浆期、乳熟期),比较分析不同刈割期下的糜子饲草产量及品质。结果显示:随着刈割期后推,糜子鲜草产量、干草产量及干鲜比明显增加(P<0.05),且均在乳熟期达到最高,分别比抽穗期高21.16%、39.80%、15.38%。糜子粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷含量随刈割期后推明显降低,乳熟期糜子粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷含量比抽穗期分别低19.72%、19.63%、20.04%、21.08%、11.80%;粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维含量随着刈割期后推明显升高,均在乳熟期达到最高,分别比抽穗期高52.22%、30.27%、54.86%,饲草品质明显下降。研究表明,利用模糊隶属函数分析计算得出,齐黍1号在黑龙江生态条件下的最佳刈割为抽穗期。 The study was to find out the suitable cutting period of millet in Heilongjiang region.Qishu No.1 was used as the material,and four cutting periods(heading period,flowering period,filling period,and milk ripening period)were set up to compare and analyze the yield and quality of millet forage under different cutting periods.The results showed that the yield of fresh millet grass and hay and dry to fresh ratio millet grass were significantly increased(P<0.05),and reached the highest at the milk stage,21.16%,39.80%and 15.38%higher than that at heading stage,respectively.The content of crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus in chyme decreased significantly with cutting stage.The content of crude protein,crude fat,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus in milk stage was 19.72%,19.63%,20.04%,21.08%and 11.80%lower than that in heading stage,respectively.The content of crude fiber,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were increased significantly with cutting period,and reached the highest at the milk maturity stage,52.22%,30.27%and 54.86%higher than that at the heading stage respectively,and the forage quality was significantly decreased.The study indicates that the best cutting time of Qishu No.1 in Heilongjiang ecological conditions is heading time by using fuzzy membership function analysis.
