摘要
超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维是一种较为常见的桥梁抗冲材料,为了使该材料的抗冲击性能得到进一步的强化,本次研究通过剪切增稠材料(STG)来填充UHMWPE纤维织物的内部空隙,使其物理性能得到优化。通过拉伸试验和面内剪切试验来对STG-UHMWPE的抗冲性能进行检测,根据实验结果可知,将UHMWPE和STG结合起来所制备的桥梁抗冲复合材料在拉伸模量以及面内剪切强度等方面均有显著改变,具有一定的应用价值。
UHMWPE fiber is a common bridge impact material. In order to further strengthen the impact resistance of this material, shear thickening get(STG) is used to fill the internal gap of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber fabric to optimize its physical properties. The impact resistance of STG-UHMWPE is tested through tensile tests and in-plane shear tests. According to the experimental results, the bridge impact composites prepared by combining UHMWPE and STG has significant changes in tensile modulus and in-plane shear strength, and will have a certain application value.
