摘要
目的探究在急诊急性胃肠炎患者中采用蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合治疗的效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的急性胃肠炎患者90例作为研究对象,其中2021年1—6月接受双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗的45例患者纳入单一组,2021年7月—2022年1月接受双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊、蒙脱石散联合治疗的45例患者纳入联合组。对比两组患者的各项症状改善时间、炎症因子(白介素-6、C-反应蛋白)水平、肠道菌群(双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、大肠埃希菌)水平变化情况,观察两组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗后各项症状改善的时间均短于单一组(P<0.05);联合组白介素-6、C-反应蛋白水平均低于单一组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应率低于单一组(P>0.05);联合组的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、大肠埃希菌值均比单一组高(P<0.05)。结论在急诊急性胃肠炎患者中用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊、蒙脱石散联合治疗,可加快相关症状改善的时间,改善炎症反应,调节肠道菌群,提高治疗效果,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of montmorillonite powder and bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsule in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in emergency.Methods A total of 90 patients suffered from acute gastroenteritis those were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,45 patients who received bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsule treatment from January to June 2021 were included in a single group.From July 2021 to January 2022,45 patients who received bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules and montmorillonite powder combined treatment were included in the combination group.The time needed for improvement of each symptom,the levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,C-reactive protein),and the changes of intestinal flora(bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Escherichia coli)were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The time needed for improvement of each symptom in the combined group was shorter than that in the single group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in combined group were lower than those in single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of single group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of combined group was lower than that of single group(P>0.05).The values of bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules and montmorillonite powder in emergency patients suffered from acute gastroenteritis could speed up the improvement of related symptoms,improve inflammatory response,regulate intestinal flora,improve the treatment effect,and performs high safety.
