摘要
目的分析活动连接头改进型引流袋用于髋部骨折术后患者尿液引流过程中的效果。方法将长沙医学院附属第一医院于2021年2月至2022年4月期间收治的166例髋部骨折术后进行尿液引流的患者随机均分为对照组(常规引流袋)和观察组(活动连接头改进型引流袋),比较两组尿液引流护理质量(引流袋固定合格、正确摆放、密闭合格情况);导尿留取尿液培养革兰阳性球菌菌落数差值;导尿管相关尿路感染发生情况;护理满意程度评分(服务态度评分、服务内容评分、人员素质评分、护理满意程度总分)。结果观察组引流袋密闭合格率、导尿留取尿液培养革兰阳性球菌菌落数差值、服务内容评分、护理满意程度总分均高于对照组,导尿管相关尿路感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动连接头改进型引流袋用于髋部骨折术后患者尿液引流过程中,能提高尿液引流护理质量,保持会阴清洁、舒适,降低导尿管相关尿路感染风险,从而提高患者对护理服务内容的满意程度。
Objective The effect of improved drainage bag with movable connector in the process of urine drainage of patients after hip fracture surgery was analyzed.Methods With the 166 patients who underwent urine drainage after hip fracture surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Changsha Medical College from February 2021 to April 2022 randomly divided into the control group(conventional drainage bag)and the observation group(improved drainage bag with movable connector),the two groups were compared in terms of the quality of urine drainage care(the fixation,placement and sealing of drainage bags),the difference in the number of gram-positive cocci colonies cultured in urine retained for catheterization,the occurrence of urinary tract infection related to catheterization,and the score of nursing satisfaction(service attitude score,service content score,personnel quality score,and total score of nursing satisfaction).Results The qualification rate of drainage bag sealing,the difference of Gram positive cocci colony number in urine culture by catheterization,the service content score,and the total score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of urinary tract infection related to urinary catheter was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With the application of improved drainage bag with movable connector in the urine drainage process of patients after hip fracture surgery,the nursing quality of urine drainage can be improved.In addition,it can keep the perineum clean and comfortable,reduce the risk of catheter related urinary tract infection,and thus improve patients’satisfaction with the content of nursing services.
