摘要
环向让压衬砌(内置让压元件与喷射混凝土初期支护组合)对于高地应力软岩隧道围岩挤压大变形具有良好的控制能力,然而,目前环向让压衬砌的设计依然存在诸多难点,极大制约了其广泛应用。针对环向让压衬砌的刚度计算方法开展相关研究,根据让压元件的受力-变形特征(荷载作用下表现为弹性-让压-压实3个变形阶段),将环向让压衬砌的刚度变化划分为4个阶段,并通过等效变形原理和均匀化方法处理得到相应阶段环向让压衬砌的刚度计算公式;进一步,通过工程应用和数值模拟,验证本文提出的环向让压衬砌支护刚度计算方法的正确性与可靠性;最后,讨论让压元件不同参数(屈服应力和元件长度)对环向让压衬砌支护效果的影响。让压元件的屈服应力对环向让压衬砌应力路径影响显著,但对衬砌最终压力及位移影响并不大,而让压位移则对最终压力影响较大,并给出了相应的设计建议。研究成果可为高地应力软岩大变形隧道环向让压衬砌的设计提供一定的理论依据。
The circumferential yielding lining(consisting of yielding elements and shotcrete lining)can effectively control the large deformation of surrounding rock in high ground stress and soft rock tunnels.However,there are now still many difficulties in the design of circumferential yielding lining,which greatly limits its application.This study focuses on the establishment of the method of stiffness calculation of circumferential yielding lining.According to the load-deformation characteristics of yielding elements(including elastic stage,yielding stage and compaction stage),the whole deformation of circumferential yielding lining can be divided into four stages.The stiffness formulas in the corresponding deformation stage are obtained based on the equivalent deformation principle and homogenization method.Furthermore,numerical calculation is carried out to validate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.Finally,to investigate the influence of yielding element,a comprehensive parametric investigation(yield stress and length of yielding elements)is conducted.The yield stress of yielding elements has a significant influence on the yielding path but does not obviously affects the final lining pressure and displacement.Instead,the displacement of yielding pressure shows a significant influence on the final pressure.Some recommendations for the design of circumferential yielding lining are provided.The findings in this study can provide theoretical guidance for the design of circumferential yielding lining in high ground stress and soft rock tunnels.
