摘要
电炉是锡冶炼常用的还原熔炼设备,针对电炉炼锡过程中电极消耗高的问题,从电极质量、电极间连接、物料搭配、烟气抽风和电极升降等方面分析了原因,并采取了严控电极质量、改进电极间连接方式、控制物料成分及改进进料方式、均匀抽风和经常升降电极等相应措施,改进后电极消耗由12.18 kg/t降低到7.80 kg/t。
Electric furnace is a common equipment for reduction smelting of tin smelting, for high consumption of electrode in electric furnace tin smelting process, we analyzed reasons from the aspects of electrode quality, connection among electrodes, materials matching, smoke ventilation and electrode lifting and so on, then the corresponding measures were adopted like strictly control of electrode quality, improvement of the connection way among electrode, control of material composition and improvement of feeding method, uniform smoke ventilation and frequent lifting of electrode and so on, the improved electrode consumption was decreased from12.18 kg/t to 7.80 kg/t.
