摘要
明日叶为我国新食品原料,富含查尔酮类、香豆素类、类黄酮、维生素、氨基酸、微量元素等。其活性成分主要为查尔酮类活性物质,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、降血压、降血糖、降血脂、抗血栓、保护肝脏及胃肠道、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,在普通食品及功能性食品等领域具有广阔的应用前景。近年来国内外学者不仅较深入研究明日叶查尔酮类活性物质的结构特征及生物活性,还进一步从中分离鉴定多糖、倍半萜等活性成分,并在其农业技术、生物活性评价及功能性食品产品开发等方面开展了较多研究。综述明日叶近5年在农业种植技术、活性物质提取及鉴定、生物活性、功能性食品开发等方面的研究进展及知识产权现状,旨在为明日叶的生物活性研究和高附加值产品的开发提供借鉴和参考。
Angelica keiskei(A.keiskei)is a new food ingredient in China,which is rich in chalcones,coumarins,flavonoids,vitamins,amino acids,trace elements and etc.Its main active ingredients are chalcones,which have a variety of biological activities,including antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemia,antithrombotic,liver and gastrointestinal tract protective,anti-tumor and so on,showing broad application prospects in the fields of ordinary food and functional food.In recent years,the researchers at home and abroad have not only deeply studied the structural characteristics and biological activities of chalcones in A.keiskei,but also further isolated and identified polysaccharides,sesquiterpenes and other active components,and carried out more research in its agricultural technology,bioactivity evaluation and the development of functional food products.The research progress and intellectual property status of A.keiskei in agricultural planting technology,extraction and identification of active substances,bioactivity and development of functional food products in recent five years have been summarized,aiming to provide reference for the bioactivity research of A.keiskei and the development of its high value-added products.
