摘要
平领重叠量一直是平领制图中难确定的一个数值,通过理论分析及实验测试对平领的面料厚度与平领重叠量的取值范围进行研究,探讨面料厚度对平领重叠量大小造成的影响,为平领的制版方法提供依据,使平领的制版方法不仅依靠理论数据,还要考虑面料厚度对平领结构的影响,为服装生产企业在不同面料厚度下的最佳平领重叠量取值提供依据。实验过程中用控制变量的方法对不同参数的面料厚度和平领重叠量进行了实验测试对比,得出了面料厚度与平领重叠量之间的制约关系。
Flat overlap has been a difficult value to determine flat drawing. Through the theoretical analysis and experimental test of the fabric thickness and the value range of the study,the paper discusses the influence of the fabric thickness on flat overlap size. It provides the basis for flat plate method,makes the method not only rely on theoretical data,but also consider the influence of fabric thickness on flat collar structure,which is suitable for garment manufacturers under different fabric thickness to provide a basis.During the experiment,we test and compare the fabric thickness and the collar overlap of different parameters,and get the restriction relationship between the fabric thickness and the flat collar overlap.
